The Nagomi difference
Nagomi describes harmony: the sense that home, work, rest and connection belong together. That idea shapes the arrival garden, composed interiors and shared spaces throughout Tower 1.
The 40-storey tower places 35 residential floors above a retail podium in Cebu I.T. Park. Buyers can compare studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes supported by two amenity decks, five elevators, wider corridors and full-building backup power.
It brings together Cebu Landmasters’ regional experience and NTT UD Asia’s Japanese development perspective in one distinctly Cebu address.
Why buyers consider WAVE

Live close to offices, dining, retail and daily services within one of Cebu City’s established mixed-use districts.
A broad layout range supports first homes, city bases, growing households and property-investment objectives.
A landscaped Garden Deck on the 6th floor and a view-oriented Sky Deck on the 37th create separate spaces for activity and retreat.
The project is delivered under CLI NUD Ventures, bringing together Cebu Landmasters and NTT UD Asia.

The film
The grand launch film — the tower, the partnership behind it and the address it rises from.
The Wave Towers from Cebu I.T. Park · Architect's perspective
The building
35 floors of residences above a retail podium.
With a dedicated retail parking level and its own elevator.
City, mountain and channel outlooks from the upper floors.
Two full amenity decks on the 6th and 37th floors.
The whole building stays live during an outage — not just the lifts.
Wide enough to feel like a corridor, not a passage.
Five lifts serve the residential tower.
The Podium — everyday shops and dining, one lift ride away.
The master plan
The Wave Towers is planned in two phases on a single Cebu I.T. Park block. Phase 1 delivers Tower 1 — Nagomi — together with the commercial podium. Phase 2 is reserved for Tower 2 and further commercial space.
Phase 1
Phase 2
The Podium
The Wave Towers Podium sits directly beneath the residences — a landscaped retail level with its own parking and dedicated elevator, so residents come down to it and the neighbourhood comes in to it.
The address
The Wave Towers is within Cebu I.T. Park in Apas, Cebu City—an established mixed-use district for business, dining, retail and urban living. The location connects residents to Banilad, Cebu Business Park, major hospitals, schools, the seaport and Mactan-Cebu International Airport.
Distances are approximate and measured from the development site.
The amenities
The 6th floor is the garden — water, shade, timber and a long lap pool set into a landscaped deck. The 37th is the sky floor, where the view does the work.
All images are architect's perspectives. The landscape shown is for illustration only and does not represent actual sourcing of endemic plants.
